Refund policy

At Fluid Room, each piece is hand-cast and finished individually. Small variations in colour, texture and pattern are part of the handmade process and make each item unique.

Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and returned in its original packaging.

To start a return, please contact us at fluidroom@proton.me within 14 days of receiving your order.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.

We recommend using a tracked postal service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you that we have received the returned item.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow several business days for the refund to appear depending on your payment provider.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the item and packaging so we can resolve the issue quickly.

Non-Returnable Situations

Because our items are handmade, minor variations in colour, texture, and pattern are not considered faults.

Items that have been used, damaged after delivery, or returned without their original packaging may not be eligible for a refund.
