Orders are typically processed within 2–4 working days before dispatch.

During busy periods or product launches, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected delivery service.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with shipping details where applicable.

Delivery Times

Delivery times vary depending on the shipping destination and postal service used. Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout but are not guaranteed.

Fluid Room is not responsible for delays caused by postal services or customs processing.

Incorrect Addresses

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We cannot be responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.

Lost or Delayed Parcels

If your order appears to be delayed or lost in transit, please contact us and we will assist in resolving the issue with the carrier where possible.
